You can train with me at your home, in the park or at work, on your own or with a friend if you prefer. I tailor the sessions and exercises to you and your goals, bring all the equipment and give you all the motivation you need. The only extra thing you'll need to think about is that sense of satisfaction after a great workout!

  • Personal Training: time and place that works best for you.


  • Online training: I can train you live via Zoom and also work with you to provide you with your own training sessions for you to do in your own time.

  • Outdoor Small Group session (term time): turn up on the day, no need to book, though best to check in with me beforehand for any changes. 

    Thursday: 9 -10 am. Horsley Tennis & Sports Club, Pennymead, East Horsley.

    If you have a group of friends that would like a session on a particular day, just get in touch and we can work something out to suit you.
