You can train with me at your home, in the park or at work, on your own or with a friend if you prefer. I tailor the sessions and exercises to you and your goals, bring all the equipment and give you all the motivation you need. The only extra thing you'll need to think about is that sense of satisfaction after a great workout!

  • Personal Training: time and place that works best for you.

  • Outdoor Small Group sessions in term time: turn up on the day, no need to book, though best to check in with me beforehand for any changes. 

    Thursday: 9 -10 am. Horsley Tennis & Sports Club, Pennymead, East Horsley.

    Your day: If you have a group of friends that would like a session on a particular day and/or time, just get in touch and we can work something out to suit you.
